In the Cuvée Tradition, created in 1974 by Jean MALLET, the strength and full-bodied Pinot Noir is enhanced and is perfectly balanced with the refined taste of the Chardonnay. This champagne will bring you back to the roots of our local land, which is historically planted with Pinot Noir.
This champagne is perfect for your festive events. The different bottle sizes available make it easily adaptable to the number of guests.

BRUT TRADITION
CUVEE GRANDE RESERVE (Brut)
Blend: 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay
Reserve wine rate: 80%
Resulting from a blend of different aged-wines, this champagne has matured for years in vat to give its best aromatic expression. Its full body will tickle your taste buds by offering an unusual round flavour.
The complexity of this champagne will be a perfect match with for your aperitifs as well as your meals.

GRANDE RESERVE
CUVEE PRESTIGE (Brut)
Blend: 30% Pinot Noir and 70% Chardonnay
Mainly made from Chardonnay, this elegant and fresh vintage champagne displays fine and melting bubbles. A hint of Pinot Noir enables to bring out its gentle and refined character. The result is a delicately citrus flavour and a light golden appearance.

PRESTIGE

Blend: 74% Pinot Noir + 26% Chardonnay
including 12% red wine
This subtle pink champagne obtained by the blending of white and red wine has an intense colour and a voluptuous effervescence. Its exceptional bouquet of red fruit is a real delight for all your senses. It will undoubtedly add a touch of originality to your venues.

A product made from our traditional cuvée and blended with a fine Chardonnay liquor produced on our property. Its sweet and fruity taste is perfect with a dessert.
