SUSTAINABILITY
Located in the heart of the Côte des Bar in the southern part of the Champagne region, we grow 2 grape varieties (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay) in the towns of Baroville and Colombé la Fosse.
Deeply attached to our homeland, we are involved in producing our grapes in a sustainable and eco-responsible way. We preserve our soil, the local biodiversity and enhance the natural environment by growing weed to limit soil erosion. reducing the use of pesticides and planting hedges in our vineyards
Our sustainable labels guarantee our commitments.
TRADITIONAL WINE-MAKING METHODS
For 3 generations, we have been making own own champagne with passion in the respect of old traditions.
We limit the use of oenological products such as the addition of sulphites as much as we can. Our mindset is to express the characteristics of our local terroir through our production.
The constant quality of our wines is acknowledged as it is frequently awarded in wine competitions.
